Pofuu (“we”, “us”) operates pofuu.com, a free browser games portal. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to complying with COPPA, GDPR and KVKK. This policy explains what we collect — and, importantly, what we do not.

What we collect

• No account, no personal data. Pofuu does not require sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email or any personal identifier.
• Local storage on your device. Game progress, high scores and favorites are stored only in your browser’s localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
• Privacy-first analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build user profiles or track you across sites.

Advertising

Pofuu is supported by advertising. We use contextual (non-personalized) ads so that no behavioral profile is required. When advertising for audiences that may include children under 13, COPPA-safe / non-personalized ad modes are enforced. Ad partners may set technical cookies strictly necessary to serve and frequency-cap ads; in the EU/UK these run only after consent.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. No account is needed and only on-device game state is stored. Advertising is contextual and non-personalized.

Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally nothing to access, correct or delete on our servers. You can clear on-device data at any time by clearing your browser storage. For any privacy question, contact privacy@pofuu.com.
